Located on the island of Lefkas, at the north-west side of the island, just after Tsoukalades village and at a distance of less than 700m from the closest beach called “Kaminia”, the Ionion Theasis Villa Kallisti is a brand new stone made villa, one of the three villas with a private pool and amazing views to the Ionian sea, as its name suggests.
Minimalistic, sophisticated décor and luxurious furnishings are accompanied by all modern comforts. The décor is impressive while also creating the pleasant sensation of simplicity that pervades the interiors. The villa is mainly made of wood, stone and earth tones that are in balance with the surrounding natural environment. Designed exclusively to ensure that your stay will be memorable!!

A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellation more than 270 days before the arrival date, we keep 10% of the total price of the stay.
• Cancellation between 270 days and 30 days before the arrival date, we keep 30% of the total price of the stay.
• Less than 30 days, we keep 100% of the price of the stay.
Absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The villa is spacious, light, modern and very comfortable. It feels brand new. The pool is just gorgeous and the view is just spectacular. The location is good - just outside a village which has everything you might need; fantastic bakery, tavernas and mini-markets. Useful to have a car though and you can nip into Lefkada town easily. From the villa it’s a 15-min walk to a small beach (quite steep uphill on the way back). Lots of other sights to see nearby. Sofia the host, as well as her colleagues were all super helpful. We all loved our holiday here!

We had a lovely time at the villa. The outdoor area is beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed evenings out there after a nice dip in the pool, which we swam in everyday. Great recommendations for the area from the host.

We hebben het super gehad! Mooie accommodatie in een heerlijke rustige omgeving met een geweldig uitzicht. We zijn heerlijk tot rust gekomen. Goede communicatie met het team. Je voelt je van harte welkom door het ontvangst van Sophia, de eigenaar. We komen graag nog eens terug naar deze prachtige plek.
Incredible backyard views of the sea. Stunning infinity pool, classy furnishings and interior decor. Beautiful sunrise in the mornings. Very private location despite being close to town. The villa was clean on arrival and cleaners come every week. Plenty of private parking. WiFi worked well the entire time. Host is very responsive and provides many local recommendation. Would definitely book this villa again.

The view is awesome. If you look for a quiet place with an astonish view over the see, this is the place. The contact with Sofia was very easy and helpful when it came to some ideas what to do in Lefkada.

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön - wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt! Wir haben ein kleines Kind, sie ist 1 Jahr alt & alles wurde dafür hergerichtet sodass wir uns um keine zusätzlichen Dinge kümmern mussten. Die Gastgeber waren immer und sofort erreichbar! Am schönsten ist dann der Ausblick vom Pool- über das Meer bis zu den Bergen vom Festland, einfach atemberaubend! Sofern es uns wieder nach Lefkada zieht, sind wir wieder hier :)

A wonderful complex of 3 villas with amazing view and great facilities. 5 minutes only from Lefkada city and Kathisma beach. The stay was amazing.
